• The contiguous United States
• Alaska and Hawaii
• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses (subject to carrier approval)
At this time, international shipping is not available.

• UPS – Ground, 3-Day Select, and standard parcel services
• FedEx – Ground Economy and Home Delivery

There are no hidden fees.

Orders placed outside business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
• Carrier name
• Tracking number
• Tracking link
• Estimated delivery date
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Attempts
Carrier delivery attempt policies:
• USPS: One delivery attempt, then held at local post office
• UPS: Up to three delivery attempts
• FedEx: Up to three delivery attempts
• DHL eCommerce: Delivered via USPS final mile
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held or returned to us.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
Packages may be returned if:
• The shipping address is incorrect
• The recipient is unavailable
• The package is unclaimed
• Delivery is refused
In these cases:
• Customers are responsible for reshipment costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Missing Packages (Marked Delivered)

• Inspect your delivery area
• Wait 24 hours for delayed scans
• Contact the carrier
If unresolved, we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately due to:

Separate tracking numbers will be provided at no extra cost.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order or backorder items display an estimated availability date.
