All returns, refunds, and exchanges are free of charge.

Non-returnable: Final Sale items, gift cards, custom-made items (unless defective)

9.2 Refund Timeline (5 Business Days)

Always FREE for all reasons (defective, wrong item, change of mind, wrong size, etc.)

9.4 Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale, custom items, misuse damage, late requests.
